better than I expected. Cleaning staff does excellent job 5 stars. 4.5 for the rest. I did encounter 1 cucaracha during my 5 night stay. Having a stocked kitchenette with burners and full size fridge is a nice convenience.

This is my go-to place to stay whenever I visit Cincinnati. The rooms are clean and staff is friendly. Laundry is well ventilated with three washers, and six dryers. Machines use tap to pay, making it easy to do laundry. They clean once a week but you can get plenty of towels. Needs are comfortable, and the work space is large and spacious. Overall, this is a five star stay for me

This is a great place to stay if you are looking for something low cost without any extras. We mainly just wanted a clean place to lay our heads at night and this fit the bill. No breakfast, just hot beverages but we didn't try them. No housekeeping which is becoming the norm anyway. No ice machine but the rooms have a full size fridge and ice trays provided. Doesn't help if you want ice right away but we got some from a fast food place. They are dog friendly which was fine but there was some extra noise from dogs barking and running around. Overall stay was good and would stay again.

Exceptionally clean, friendly and welcoming staff, room was quiet. I liked that I could park my car by my room window. Restaurants nearby, Kroger was only 8 minutes away. Loved the area. Having the kitchen was great, everything worked. The only issue I had was the extremely long hairs on the bath towels and being across the hall from someone with a huge dog that I had to run into whenever I left my room.

The location is great! All the staff are amazing and polite, I am always greeted when entering or leaving my room or the hotel. House keeping does a tremendous job with cleaning and refreshening the rooms, I tip whenever I can for their hard work. The only issue I have is the smoking...A lot of the other guess don't follow the smoking policy and the smell gets into my room at times, I would suggest management to enforce the no smoking policy more to keep this from happening with other guess. Besides that, I will still give the overall experience a 5/5

One of the best extended stays (and hotels in general) we have stayed in. We will continue to stay at this location when we are in the Cincinnati area. Close to a highway, so most attractions in the area are less than 30 min away. Rooms have a regular refrigerator, microwave, 2c coffee pot, toaster & 2 burner stove. Kitchen utensils are hit or miss (we travel with a few of our own anyway) and there isn't an oven. However, the front desk has crock pots & instant pots you can borrow if you want. The only things we would change would be and ice maker in freezer and a king size bed, but those are just our prefrences and not deal breakers. Overall, a fantastic location.

This is a nice and clean place. I was seeking budget friendly and that can get a little weird sometimes but this place proved that they are out there! I stayed 10 nights to service two of the teams I work with in the Cincy area. This will be my go-to spot! Please keep up the cleanliness and standards!

Easily accessible to areas we needed. Was able to extend my stay easily. There are lots of restaurants in the area, pet friendly, full size fridge, other kitchen amenities, as well. Staff was pleasant and rooms were clean. I've stayed here before and it's worth doing a review for, this is where I'm staying when I return to the area.
